About the Repository

The Food Research Institute (FRI) Institutional Repository is an online locus for collecting, preserving and disseminating the intellectual output/research output of FRI. The Repository contains journal articles, technical reports, conference papers, conference abstracts, manuals, flyers, annual reports, thesis dissertations, posters and newspaper publication in the field of food science and technology, nutrition, food microbiology, aflatoxins and mycotoxins, agricultural economics, information management and food engineering.

The FRI Institutional Repository contains materials from both past and present Research Scientists, Technologists and Technical staff since the inception of the Institute.
